Plan Review Application and Fee Schedule
The Plan Review Application is now a one page fill-in form in PDF. Type the information into the form and print to submit the application.
Starting July 1, 2009 all fees for plan check review will be required to be paid in full at the time the plans are submitted.
Partial payments will no longer be accepted.
